RAF roundel on the box on the o/s front wing would explain why it's in this museum.
H644 JDE is a 1991 2495cc diesel engined Land Rover.
This is the FFR (Fitted for Radio) version of the 110 Landrover.
FFR vehicles have a higher output generator and an additional set of batteries in the rear compartment to provide power for up to 3 radios and can be identified by the box mounted on the front wing which contains a tuning unit for one of the Clansman radio aerials.
